Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to dispatch?
Orders are usually dispatched the same day or next business day.
Where does the product ship from?
All Batteries are shipped from warehouse located in UK mainland.
How do I return a product?
If you received the wrong, defective or faulty products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: batteryking.gb@gmail.com. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
How can I exchange an incorrect item if I purchased it?
Please contact our sales service email, and we will provide you with the return address. Once you return the incorrect item to our warehouse, we can either exchange it or issue a refund. Afterward, you can place a new order.
Orders
Do I need to cover the shipping costs?
Currently, we offer free shipping on our products. We also provide Next-Day delivery using Royal Mail Tracked service. For any additional services, please contact our after-sales support for a quote.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order for you.
If the product has already been shipped, you will need to refuse the package upon delivery.
Can I pay with a credit card or in instalments?
We accept most credit cards and support popular payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna, including Pay Now and Pay Later options, will be available soon for installment payments.
How can I change the address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make the change for you.
However, if the product has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the address directly. In that case, you'll need to reach out to the courier company.

The products sold on the Battery King's official website are exactly the same as those on Amazon and eBay. We are the same company, and the products are shipped from the same warehouse.
Can Battery King batteries be replaced with batteries of the same type from other brands?
Generally, our batteries can be replaced with the same type of batteries from other brands, but it's important for you to carefully check their size, discharge port, and other compatibility details.
Are Battery King's products certified?
Battery King's products undergo rigorous laboratory testing and certification, and our products hold CE and other certifications that meet European standards.
